The marina was completed in 1994 and has 462 berths. The harbour basin is 0 – 3 meters deep.

Around the harbour there are several restaurants, snack bars, cafes and various shops. It is only about 250 meters to the pedestrian area of Lagos.
The pedestrian bridge between the harbour and the city is opened for boats.
Opening times marina and bridge:
- 01 June to 15 September: 08.00 – 22.00 h
- 16 September to 31 May: 09.00-18.00 h
A bridge opening can be made via FM channel 9 during opening hours.
