The uninhabited island da Barreta or Ilha Deserta can be reached by ferry from Faro from June to September. At other times you will have to travel by water taxi from Faro, Olhao or the island of Culatra.
On the island you will find a bar, a restaurant and a boat rental as well as parasol and sun lounger rental.
