Pourtant vous devriez avoir des m\u00e9dicaments sp\u00e9ciaux sur vous pendant votre s\u00e9jour.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Pharmacies:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Les pharmacies sont marqu\u00e9es par une croix verte qui clignote. Tous les m\u00e9dicaments d&#8217;ordonnance sont disponibles ici. Il y a un service d&#8217;urgence disponible 24h. En outre, des centres de sant\u00e9 (Centro de S\u00e1ude) existent dans de nombreux supermarch\u00e9s et dans les villes, o\u00f9 l&#8217;on trouve des m\u00e9dicaments en vente libre et des articles de toilette.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Eau potable:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">L&#8217;eau potable est de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9 et elle est constamment surveill\u00e9e. \u00c0 cause des conditions climatiques et des tuyaux partiellement anciens, l&#8217;eau est tr\u00e8s fortement chlor\u00e9e et a un go\u00fbt un peu \u00ab\u00e9trange\u00bb. Des bouteilles d&#8217;eau (0,5&nbsp;l &#8211; 7&nbsp;l) sont disponibles dans chaque supermarch\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Soleil:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">S&#8217;il vous pla\u00eet ne pas sous-estimer la puissance du soleil. Malheureusement, il arrive r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que les vacanciers attrapent un fort coup de soleil le premier jour. \u00c0 cause du vent frais et de l&#8217;Atlantique \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, on remarque souvent les cons\u00e9quences de l&#8217;insolation trop tard.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Jogging:<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"wsw-01\" style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Le bon moment pour faire du jogging dans les mois d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 c&#8217;est t\u00f4t le matin. S&#8217;il vous pla\u00eet ne jamais faire du jogging aux environs de midi ou dans l&#8217;apr\u00e8s-midi!
