La cuisine portugaise est riche en soupes et pot\u00e9es. Les plats sont souvent copieux, nutritifs et tr\u00e8s savoureux. L’image ci-dessus montre une pot\u00e9e \u00e0 base de chou, haricots, porc et divers types de chouri\u00e7o (une sorte de salami), servi avec pommes de terre bouillies et riz. Ce plat est vraiment recommand\u00e9 et est offert pendant la saison froide.<\/span><\/p>\n

La panade (Migas ou A\u00e7orda) \u00e9tait \u00e0 l’origine un repas de \u00abpauvres gens\u00bb. Un \u0153uf cru est plac\u00e9 au milieu du bol, qui est ensuite remu\u00e9 sous la pulpe du pain \u00e0 la table. Ce plat est assaisonn\u00e9 de coriandre (coentro). Cette soupe est enrichie avec une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d’ingr\u00e9dients. La photo montre une variante raffin\u00e9e avec des fruits de mer.<\/span><\/p>\n
