The cliffs in the county of Aljezur are spectacular and worth a holiday for their own. The whole section is situated in the natural reserve Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina. Thus, it is hardly developed. Hiking along the coast, again and again allows for new impressions and unforgettable pictures.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Neat trails are not found here. Sturdy shoes are obligatory and you should have sufficient beverages as well as a snack in your backpack.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nEven if it is a rock, please do not approach the edge. Erosion cannot be calculated.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nSouth of the Praia da Bordeira you can go by car over the gravel track quite near the cliffs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nPlease do not leave any waste, and mind the danger of fire, e. g. when there are dry grasses and bushes.<\/span><\/p>\n
