Manta Rota is a fishing village and a holiday resort by the Atlantic in the community Vila Nova de Cacela and in the county of Vila Real de Santo\u00a0Ant\u00f3nio.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manta Rota lies roughly 10 km east of the county town and is well signposted on the N125.<\/span><\/p>\n

Directly south of the local development begins a broad sand beach that in the west is limited by the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa (natural resort).
